“B-Boy Productions were awesome at my wedding. Our assigned DJ was Gregory and he was just top notch. We met with Gregory via Skype to discuss music for our Summer wedding last 7/11/14. He was very accommodating & professional. My now wife requested the “Theme from St. Elmo’s fire” to be her entrance song. We knew that it was not a typical song choice but it meant a lot to my wife. Gregory was able to make adjustment to the tempo of the song to make it the appropriate tone for her walk without distorting the song itself. My wife was so happy. They would also research songs for you as needed, as again our first dance song (“Give You All My Lovin” by Mazzy Star) was not typical. He was able to find a good version of it for us. Gregory even stepped up and offered to lead the prayer before the dinner reception started. Needless to say, they have went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend B-Boy Productions.”

From the moment I came in contact with the guys at B-Boy, I was nothing but impressed. Brian was incredibly helpful with getting everything set up and helping me navigate our website where we were able to make and monitor our own song requests, as well as our guests. I was so stoked for that feature– it really got our guests excited to make requests to dance to at the wedding. After we had built a killer playlist, I had a chance to talk to Gregory on the phone before the big day and he was so thorough to find out more about us as a couple, our musical style, what kind of reception vibe we were going for, everything.
The day of the wedding, he took the time to reconfirm name pronunciations for our bridal party, and to make sure all the song selections we had chosen were still what we wanted to go with. I had a surprise planned for my Dad during our father-daughter dance, that needed Gregory’s coordination with a music change, and he pulled it off flawlessly and it was the highlight of the night that people are still talking about. The rest of the night he did the most amazing job of balancing our song requests and reading the crowd and getting everyone involved– which ended up not being hard, the dance floor was PACKED the entire night thanks to his musical selections.

“I was pretty worried about music for our wedding since my guy and I have SUCH DIFFERENT preferences (think Metallica versus old school Bobby Brown) and we also had such a crazy cross-section of people who would be in attendance (teenagers up to 80+ year olds from 8 different countries around the world). Even though I spoke with Brian and Gregory over the phone and online a couple of times before the wedding, I still felt a little anxious about the reception music.
On the day of, however, Gregory Pierce from BBoy blew me out of the water!! We had so many people tell us that they had a blast on the dance floor all night long, and he even got out on the dance floor to demonstrate a couple impromptu pop line dances 😀 Greg didn’t only manage the music successfully with a very eclectic crowd, but he was an outstanding MC. Gregory was so responsive to requests, flexible when things went wrong, and just all around awesome on our special day. He made it so that my husband and I could actually enjoy what was going on, and not have to worry about the program. That is the best gift you could give to any bride and groom 🙂
